Applies to all clients, users, and customers of Annotiq services.
This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of Annotiq services. This policy protects Annotiq, its clients, and third parties from misuse, illegal activity, and regulatory violations.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Annotiq complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and privacy regulations.
Clients must not submit or request processing of the following:
– data obtained illegally
– copyrighted material without proper rights
– personal data obtained without consent
– data involving unlawful surveillance
– illegal biometric data
– data violating privacy laws
– data related to criminal activities
Clients must have legal rights to all data submitted to Annotiq.
Clients must not attempt to compromise Annotiq systems or security.
Annotiq may suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy.
Violations may be reported to hello@annotiqdata.com.
