Applies to all Annotiq employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
This policy defines the rules governing access, handling, and protection of client data by Annotiq annotators, contractors, employees, and subcontractors.
All annotators and contractors must sign a confidentiality agreement before accessing any client data. Client data must not be disclosed, copied, shared, or used outside authorized tasks.
Access to client data is granted on a least-privilege basis. Annotators may access only data required for assigned tasks. Access may be revoked at any time.
Annotators must access data only through authorized platforms such as Labelbox. Downloading data locally or storing data outside authorized systems is prohibited unless expressly approved.
Annotators must use secure devices protected by passwords and updated software. Shared or public devices are prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
– downloading client datasets without authorization
– sharing datasets with unauthorized persons
– copying datasets outside approved platforms
– using client data for personal purposes
Annotiq reserves the right to monitor access logs, usage activity, and platform activity to ensure compliance.
Annotators must immediately report any suspected or actual data breach to Annotiq management.
Violations of this policy may result in termination of contract, legal action, and liability for damages.
Annotator access shall be revoked upon project completion or contract termination.
