By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and lawful data for annotation. You must not submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, or contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to any data shared with us for annotation.
All original datasets provided by clients remain their intellectual property. However, annotations, enhancements, and derivative datasets produced through our services may be subject to contractual agreements regarding ownership and usage rights. Unless otherwise stated, we do not claim ownership over client data but retain the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for service improvements.
We prioritize data security and confidentiality. All client data is handled with strict protection measures, including encryption, controlled access, and confidentiality agreements with our team and subcontractors. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are defined in our service agreements or invoices. Clients must adhere to the agreed payment schedule. We strive to meet all project deadlines; however, service completion times may vary based on complexity, data volume, and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete client input, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events are not our liability. We will communicate any significant delays and adjust the timelines as necessary.
While we take every measure to provide accurate and high-quality annotations, we do not guarantee 100% error-free results. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating the annotated data before deployment. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our services, including financial loss, system failures, or AI model inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, engages in unethical practices, or misuses our services. Clients may terminate service agreements with prior notice, subject to applicable cancellation policies. Any outstanding fees must be settled before termination.
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigerian Data Protection Regulations (NDPR). Clients must ensure that any data provided does not violate legal restrictions, industry standards, or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms & Services periodically to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or industry standards. Any significant modifications will be communicated via our website or direct client notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
